Is the trainer live or pre-recorded?
ACADEMY is designed for live sessions. The trainer connects remotely and appears life-size through the Feelspace unit so staff can ask questions and interact during the training.
Can our existing training provider use Feelspace ACADEMY?
Potentially, yes. If the provider can deliver the session remotely and the training is suitable for this format, Feelspace can work with your facility and provider on the presentation requirements.
What does our facility need to provide?
A suitable indoor training space, power, a stable internet connection, staff attendance coordination and any normal workplace requirements relevant to the session. Feelspace can discuss room setup and positioning before a demonstration.
Can ACADEMY replace practical competency assessment?
Not automatically. Some education works well remotely, while practical competency assessment, physical demonstration or regulated training may require face-to-face supervision or other specific conditions. The training provider determines the appropriate delivery method.
