What aged care teams usually want to know.
Does Feelspace replace in-person visits or activities?
No. Feelspace is an additional option for moments where distance, mobility, availability or access makes an in-person experience difficult. It is designed to complement existing family connection, lifestyle activities, care and training.
Do residents need to learn how to use the technology?
No. The experience is designed around the resident rather than asking residents to operate complicated technology. Feelspace coordinates the presentation and practical setup.
Can we use Feelspace for both live and pre-recorded experiences?
Yes. Different services use different formats. Family connection can be pre-recorded, while LIVE, CARE, ACADEMY and WORLD can include live remote presenters where appropriate.
Can Feelspace help source presenters?
Yes. For LIVE, ACADEMY and WORLD enquiries, facilities can indicate whether they already have a presenter or would like Feelspace to help source someone suitable.
Can we trial Feelspace before committing to an ongoing program?
Yes. A facility demonstration or Connection Day is a practical way to experience the platform before considering an ongoing arrangement.
Do CARE enquiries collect resident medical information?
No. Public CARE enquiry forms should not be used to send detailed medical records or sensitive resident health information. Appropriate information-sharing arrangements can be discussed after the initial enquiry.
Can Feelspace operate on a commercial basis?
